Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates: Rates vary by season, demand, and length of stay. Peak season typically runs Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Lake Access: Dock and lake access in the cove is seasonal and subject to Norris Lake water levels, which are determined by the TVA (typically limited during late September through early April). Owner has no control over fluctuation in lake levels and no refunds will be given as a result of lake level changes or lake access within the cove. Cleaning: A cleaning fee and applicable taxes are added to all reservations.

Peak Season Minimum Stay: During peak season (approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day), the minimum stay is 5 nights.

Non-Peak Season Minimum Stay: During non-peak season, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Check-In Time: 3pm local time

Check-Out Time: 10am local time
