🚤 DOCK & LAKE ACCESS

⚠️ Safety First

• Use dock at your own risk
• No running on dock surface
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No diving - the lake levels can vary in the cove and diving can be dangerous during low water levels

🚤 Boat Tie-Up

• Use bumpers/fenders when docking boats
• Secure ropes to designated cleats only
• Up to three boats can be moored at the dock - one in the covered slip and one on each side of the dock

🏊 Swimming

• Swim only in designated safe areas
• Be aware of changing water levels and depths
• A swim ladder is available on the dock for easy access
• A swim bench is also available on the dock for relaxing in the water - this bench can also be raised out of the water for convenience

🌊 Seasonal Water Levels

• Water levels may fluctuate seasonally (especially fall–spring)
• Portions of dock access may be limited during low water
